Elias Bizannes

Chief Executive Officer and Board Member
Elias Bizannes is CEO of ZoomSystems and a member of its Board of Directors. Since joining ZoomSystems in 2017, he's been focussed on leading the business into a new period of growth. Prior to that, Elias worked for close to a decade in Silicon Valley, at venture capital firm CRV, big data startup, and on his own businesses.

Pamela Strazdas

Head of Customer Success
As the Vice President of Customer Success, Pamela leads all client engaging functions including Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Digital Marketing. Her client responsibilities span North America and Europe. Pamela’s professional experience prior to joining ZoomSystems was with industry leading retailers and wholesalers such as Levi Strauss & Co.

Michael Law

Head of Operations
Michael is the VP of Operations and is responsible for managing global Warehouse, Field Services, and Call Center Operations to support ZoomSystems’ automated retail software and hardware platforms. Michael joined the company in June 2006 and he has 10+ years of experience in Information Technology and management.

Rebecca Faulconer

Vice President, Business Development and Sales
Rebecca Faulconer leads Business Development and Sales at ZoomSystems. Rebecca is a strategic thinker and problem solver who is focused on constantly scanning the ever-changing retail landscape to ensure ZoomSystems is contributing to the “what’s next” versus the “what’s now.” Rebecca brings two decades of business development experience to her role at ZoomSystems.

Deborah Connors

Head of Finance

Deborah Connors is the Head of Finance with wide ranging experience from securing financing and diligently maintaining/reporting for bank covenant to building international financial teams.

Prior to joining ZoomSystems, Debbie was a controller for a luxury construction company in the Bay Area and co-owned a project management company catering to the retail banking sector.


Ray Lewis

General Manager Europe
As the General Manager of Europe, Ray is leading the expansion of ZoomSystem’s world leading solution across Europe. Joining the company in Spring 2018, his experience brings leadership in market positioning & strategy, developing key accounts, and establishing operational processes to drive ‘service excellence’. Ray earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the famed Kent State University, as well as an Executive MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s renowned Weatherhead School of Business.

Melissa Jones

Head of Location Development

Melissa Jones leads our experienced locations team in developing, forecasting and executing the real estate pipeline for ZoomSystem’s automated retail kiosk locations. Melissa has over a decade of experience in the automated retail industry driving growth and identifying new real estate opportunities.


Ken Howe

General Manager of Retail
Leading the retail operation for ZoomSystems in +570 locations nation-wide. With a background spanning senior executive roles in luxury, specialty, mass-market and airport retail at DFS, Macy’s & See’s Candies, among others. Kenneth drives the guest interaction for ZoomSystems shops influencing; the customer interfaces, marketing messaging, merchandise assortment offering and retail presence by market.
