A solution for IT and mobile asset management, ZoomSystems’ Device Management Centers (DMCs) automate the delivery and maintenance of electronic devices and accessories for employees, helping to improve efficiency, reduce costs and manage inventory. DMCs provide a superior user experience that includes an intuitive interface, elegant robotic delivery system and seamless tracking and administration. A touchscreen interface shows users the available products and allows them to select which products they want to be dispensed. The products themselves are stored and dispensed from automated retail machines (ZoomShops), and, for larger items, an integrated locker system. ZoomSystems offers managed services that include user interface development, systems integration, supply chain management, machine logistics, network monitoring and tech support, and reporting and analytics.

DMC Software

DMCs are powered by e-Center, a centralized remote management and inventory control platform. The e-Center manages all the content of your DMC, from product assortment to real-time inventory tracking.


  • Integrates with company information technology systems allowing employees to scan their ID or input their employee identification number. This ensures that only employees will have access to the IT assets.

  • Configurable dispensing rules using our intelligent usage algorithms allows a limit on how many products each employee can obtain.

  • Detailed reporting integrates with the company’s supply chain allowing accurate real-time data, ordering and replenishment.


DMC Hardware
