Tracfone ZoomShop

If you are not satisfied with your phone and/or accessory purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it or give you your money back. It’s that simple.

Tracfone Service Cards, and/or unused minutes are non-refundable. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. Credit for returned phones and/or accessories will appear on your credit card statement between 1-2 billing cycles. Service Plan PINs are not refundable. If the Service PIN is purchased as part of a Tracfone phone bundle, the phone purchase can be returned/refunded. However, the Service PIN is not refundable.

Tracfone will repair or replace your phone and/or accessory that contains a manufacturer’s defect that hinders or prevents its proper operation for up to one year (90 days on all accessories) from date of purchase (proof of purchase required.)

Return Process: Contact Tracfone Wireless Customer Care and provide us with information about you and your purchase. Items purchased through Straight Talk Wireless MAY NOT be returned directly to Wal-Mart, Walmart.com or Straighttalk.com.

Requirements: Original receipt required for all returns. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all accessories. Tracfone Wireless reserves the right to deny any return. Refunds will be in the same form as the original purchase, to the extent permitted by the relevant financial institution.

iStore ZoomShop

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, iStore/LS Travel Retail will gladly give you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return Process: E-mail LS Travel Customer Service with information about you and your purchase. When returning by mail, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Due to copyright laws, computer and game console software, music CDs, DVDs and videos in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same item.

Safeway ZoomShop

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Safeway will refund the purchase price of defective or unopened products within 30 days of purchase date.

Return Process: Call Safeway Customer Service for shipping instructions. Return the product with the original packaging and proof-of-purchase.

Requirements: All returns and adjustments require a receipt. Safeway is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Best Buy Express ZoomShop

Best Buy Express will refund the purchase price and accept the return of defective or unopened merchandise if the item is returned within 15 days of purchase.

Return Process: Provide us with information about you and your purchase. Items purchased through Best Buy Express MAY NOT be returned to Best Buy stores or through Best Buy.com. If your return request meets the criteria set forth in this policy, we will provide you with a prepaid return label so that the merchandise can be returned via mail. If Best Buy Express determines that the reportedly defective merchandise is not defective, we will ship the product back to you at no cost, and you will not be entitled to a refund in your purchase price. Best Buy Express is not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping.

Proactiv Solution has worked for so many people, we want you to try it absolutely risk-free. If you’re not
completely satisfied with the results, return your items within 60 days of purchase for a
complete refund of the purchase price.

Macys e-Spot ZoomShop

Macy’s will refund the purchase price of ONLY defective or unopened products if you return it within 30 days of purchase.

If you return an item that was purchased with a gift card, we will refund your money by check.
